The B.Tech degree is awarded by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU)- Hyderabad for the four year engineering course. Proposals have been made to provide students the option of continuing their education for the fifth year for which there would be recognition from French Statutory bodies.

The B.Tech curriculum is based on a core program in Basic Sciences (47 credits), Basic Engineering (28 credits), Humanities, Social and Creative Sciences (15 credits), Enterprise Sciences (10 credits).
