Institute of Engineering and Technology is a Self-Financing Engineering College run by University of Calicut. The institute was established in the year 2001 with the aim to promote education and research in the field of engineering and technology and to groom the young men and women into high quality technical personnel useful to the society with sound engineering knowledge, good managerial skills and high moral values.
Calicut University Institute of Engineering Technology (CUIET), Malappuram was established in 2001. CUIET is affiliated to the University of Calicut and is approved by AICTE. The main aim of the institute is to promote technical education and research in the engineering field and to groom young students into highly qualified technical professionals with excellent engineering knowledge. It provides undergraduate engineering programs in multiple disciplines. The institute campus is spread over an extensive area of 25 acres.
